From a young age, I’ve been driven by a deep hunger to know my true self and live with authenticity. This desire has taken me on a journey through personal development, business, and deep inner work. My path wasn’t always clear, but over the years, I’ve come to understand that real fulfillment comes not from external success, but from living a life that’s deeply aligned with who you truly are. This is the story of how I moved from chasing success to uncovering my authentic self, and how I can help you do the same.

A Restless Hunger for Authenticity
From a young age, I was driven by a deep hunger to truly know myself—an unshakable desire for something more, something real. Even though I couldn’t articulate it back then, I felt there was something missing. I didn’t feel at ease in my own skin, and I knew I couldn’t settle for anything less than real joy and deep connection with myself.
Wrestling with My Mind & the World of Personal Development
At sixteen, I began to feel the weight of my overactive mind spinning out of control. The noise was unbearable, and I knew I needed to find a way out. This led me to the world of personal development and NLP, and to teachers like Tony Robbins, who offered tools to reshape my mindset and break old habits. While these methods helped me change many aspects of my internal world—reshaping behaviors, habits, and thought patterns—I soon realized that something was still missing. I didn’t feel authentic, as if I was merely adopting someone else’s ideas. Despite the changes, I wasn’t connecting to the deeper parts of myself. I was growing, but not in a way that felt true to who I was. I was still searching for something deeper and more real.
Discovering Meditation
Realizing the limitations of personal development tools, I turned to meditation and mindfulness, hoping to still the noise in my mind and reconnect with my inner being. Through thousands of hours of mindfulness and Vipassana practice, I experienced moments of deep clarity and peace—a sense of being at home within myself. But as powerful as these moments were, they didn’t provide the lasting transformation I craved. I continued meditating, but something was still missing.
Embracing Sensitivity and Empathy
In the business world, I discovered that my high sensitivity and empathy were gifts. I could read a room and sense what was happening beneath the surface, and this gave me an edge in communication and leadership. But this sensitivity also came with a price. I often lost myself in social situations, becoming who I thought others wanted me to be. It wasn’t until later that I learned how to embrace this sensitivity as a true superpower, allowing it to guide me without losing my own sense of self.
Redefining Success: Beyond the Corporate World
In the corporate world, I achieved more than I had imagined—building companies, scaling businesses, and earning financial success. I even created a mostly remote work life, long before Covid, that allowed me to travel and live in different countries, exploring new cultures and forming lasting friendships. But even at the height of my achievements and this adventurous lifestyle, I knew something was missing. I had followed the external markers of success, but they didn’t align with the deeper truth I was seeking. My true success wasn’t in titles, numbers, or the freedom to travel—it was in finding a life that resonated with my core. I realized that connection, both to myself and to others, was what I truly sought. This shift led me to redefine what success meant to me, moving from outward achievement to inner fulfillment.
Losing and Gaining Friends
As I’ve grown, my relationships have changed too. Some friendships that once felt natural started to feel out of sync as my values shifted. Letting go wasn’t easy—it never is, especially when there’s history involved. But as I released what no longer felt aligned, I found space for connections that were more real, more true to who I was becoming. It’s been a humbling process, one that comes with its own challenges, but each new friendship I’ve made feels more authentic and meaningful. Today, I’m grateful to be surrounded by friendships that are truly nourishing—deeply connected relationships that support and reflect who I am at my core.
Uncovering My Past: A Journey into Childhood Traumas
It wasn’t until I began doing deeper therapeutic work, alongside my meditation practices, that I uncovered a truth I had long suppressed—childhood traumas that shaped my experience of life. These early experiences, buried deep within me, had put me in survival mode from a young age. Only through guided embodiment practices and therapy did I finally begin to heal. This part of the journey was painful but necessary, revealing the layers of protection I had built over the years.
The Path of Self-Realization: Coming Home to Myself
My healing journey brought me to the Realization Process, where I finally found the tools to reconnect with my true self. For the first time, I began to cultivate a deep contact with myself—throughout my whole body. I learned how to access a dimension of myself that had never been injured, no matter what I had gone through. This journey wasn’t about fixing myself but about uncovering the truth of who I already was. It was a profound homecoming.
Dating, Romance, and a Truly Intimate Partnership
Much like my explorations in the external world, my journey into dating and relationships was driven by a desire for real, authentic connection and self-discovery. To deepen my understanding of both myself and women, I worked with some of the world’s best dating coaches, learning how to engage with honesty and vulnerability. I spent years traveling and experiencing meaningful romances that taught me invaluable lessons about intimacy, women, and myself. But eventually, even that began to feel superficial.
Then I met Talia—the one I somehow knew in my heart was out there, worth waiting for rather than settling. Our relationship has been a profound journey of love, adventure, and mutual growth. In this partnership, I’ve healed in ways I couldn’t have imagined and experienced what true love really means—sharing my life with the person I respect most in this world.
True Authenticity
Through my journey, I discovered that authenticity isn’t something we create—it’s something we uncover. By peeling back the layers of conditioning, societal expectations, and old patterns, I found my true self. I no longer needed to perform or mold myself to fit others’ expectations. I could finally live in alignment with my values and the truth of who I am.
Integrating the Lessons
After years of exploring the internal and external worlds, I began integrating everything I had learned—from personal development, business, spirituality, and deep inner work. It became clear to me that real transformation happens when we bridge these worlds—when we align our outer life with our inner truth. It wasn’t about abandoning success but redefining it in a way that felt deeply fulfilling and aligned.
BEING MAN
This journey led to the creation of BEING MAN—a platform where everything I’ve learned and experienced comes together. It’s a space for ambitious men, like you, to move beyond external markers of success and connect with the deeper, truer aspects of themselves. This program is the culmination of everything I’ve discovered about how to live a life of alignment, fulfillment, and authentic leadership.

Being an explorer at heart, I am passionate about creating space for other men to discover their own paths to true alignment and fulfillment. The journey continues, and I invite you to join me.
